Strengthened by Mentorship and Expertise

Every strong team is shaped by the people who guide it—and this season, mentorship played a defining role in our growth.

Miss Manisha, an intern at our lab, stood out early for her exceptional programming expertise. Recognizing her potential, we recruited her to mentor us throughout the season. Her guidance was instrumental in structuring our codebase, refining autonomous logic, and developing stronger debugging practices. Beyond writing better code, she helped us think more clearly and systematically as programmers. Her mentorship significantly strengthened our technical foundation and played a key role in our success at the national stage.

Our visit to IIT Gandhinagar became another turning point. While showcasing our robot, we engaged with experts who provided valuable, constructive feedback that challenged our design choices and encouraged improvement. This interaction not only refined our robot but also expanded our strategic perspective.

That visit also led to Mr. Shreyas Chaudrey joining us as a mentor. His guidance has had a lasting impact on our mechanical design and overall strategy, helping us build systems that are both effective and reliable. His mentorship bridged the gap between concept and execution, strengthening the team as a whole.

Together, these mentors didn’t just support our season—they elevated it. Their belief in our potential, combined with their experience, transformed learning into progress and guidance into success.
